FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents sediments with subsequent use as, particularly, organic additives introduced into soil for enrichment with nutritive and biologically active substances. Slimy sediment is formed in effluents treatment to be stored in special storages. Proposed method comprises withdrawing slime from storages, its transportation, its distribution in layers on solid watertight foundation at ambient temperature below slime freezing point, holding it to complete freezing, coating frozen slime surface with layer of nutritive wastes, holding said slime to thawing and variation in structure, adding fertilisers over said layer of nutritive wastes, mixing said layers, another coating with layer of nutritive wastes, holding prepared mix to acceptable toxicity level, secondary mixing and, if required, additional reprocessing. Proposed method may be used for preparing slime for bio processing, preparation of slime for combustion or extraction of its components for further storage or production of construction materials.

EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency at lower costs.
