SUBSTANCE: steel consists in wt %: C: from 0.001 to 0.05, Si: from 0.05 to 1, Mn: from 0.05 to 2, P: 0.03 or less, REE: from 0.005 to 0.1, Cr: from 8 to 16, Ni: from 6.32 to 9, sol. Al: from 0.001 to 0.1, O: 0.005 or less, N: 0.1 or less, additionally one or more elements chosen from Ti: from 0.005 to 0.5, Zr: from 0.005 to 0.5, Hf: from 0.005 to 0.5, V: from 0.005 to 0.5 and Nb: from 0.005 to 0.5; Fe and unavoidable impurities make balance. Contents of P and REE are tied with dependence: P≤0,6×REE. Steel can additionally contain wt %: Mo+0.5W: 7 or less, Cu: 3 or less, Ca: from 0.0005 to 0.01 and Mg: from 0.0005 to 0.01.

EFFECT: steel possesses high resistance to corrosion cracking under load on welded sections in low corrosive mediums.
