FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: spatial structure of control field is created on control station by alternating scanning in two mutually perpendicular directions of direction pattern of modulated electromagnetic emission. Value of information parameter of electromagnetic emission as per heading and pitch is measured on missile and its coordinates are determined. In addition, beam-riding guidance system is introduced, by means of which on control station there are formed correction heading and pitch commands. Received correction commands are decoded on missile and values of signals corresponding to missile coordinates as per heading and pitch are corrected by means of them.
EFFECT: improving manoeuvrability of missile and its survivability, and guidance accuracy.
