SUBSTANCE: executive switching device comprises main and subsidiary contact system, electromagnetic actuator that switches contacts of contact systems via ratchet mechanism by axis rotation with attached to it bridging device with conductive sectors, and cam. Device is equipped with additional axes, on one of which there located is cam together with ratchet wheel, on the other - pusher and toothed wheel that interacts with toothed wheel mounted on the axis of bridging device. Pusher interacts with a cam, having a profile with constantly and gradually increasing radius at external diameter with provision of pusher relay rotation at triggering from the moment of spring fixed at bridging device axis. Contacts and conductive sectors on bridging device of the main contact system are located on two levels, and the contacts and conductive sectors of different levels are deployed at location circle by half of angular pitch.

EFFECT: enlarging application ranges with safety maintenance at contingency situations.
