SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is used for determination of person's physical parameters. Apparatus contains membrane manovaccum-metre, rigid closed reservoir, tee-joint, mouthpiece, connected to each other be means of hoses. Manovaccum-metre is provided with additional fixing pointer with carrier, whose axis has braking disc and head, and is passed through hole of manovaccum-metre glass with bush on manovaccum-metre pointer axis. Between mouthpiece and tee-joint installed is tree-position air distributor, which has case with two connecting pipes and rectangular slots, valves with square section, which has possibility of travel and fixation in exhalation position, neutral and inhalation position and provided on the centre with L-shaped hole for air removal and from two sides with holes with slots, and two check valves, installed in said valve slots with possibility to open during realisation and close in case of stopping respectively inhalation/exhalation.

EFFECT: invention ensures determination of maximal pressure during exhalation and rarefication during inhalation.
