FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: electric metering valve of chlorinator consists of case of valve, of base of valve, seat of valve, axis of valve drive with gate, of branch for chlorine outlet, of split axis of valve drive, of electric drive of valve, of gate and communication unit for remote control of over flow rate of chlorine. The split axis of drive consists of the valve drive axis proper and axis of valve gate with a structure gap between them in the unit of the split connection. The electric drive of the valve is located on an upper end of axis of the valve drive. The gate is positioned on a lower end of axis of the valve gate made out of silver. The commutation unit for remote control over flow rate of chlorine is built-in into the valve case.

EFFECT: raised safety of operation with gaseous chlorine; increased accuracy of metering gaseous chlorine at decontamination of water at water stations.
