FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: pulses of M-ary signals are generated and transmitted in form of proposed time functions which depend on several parameters which satisfy defined conditions for their selection. The variety of said functions is a result of the variety of versions of sets of parameters which enable transmission of large amounts of information. Parameters of the signals are well distinguished during reception. The method realises a situation for signal transmission with constant energy in cycles. The method is characterised by division of a group of k bits into subgroups in a certain way, each subgroup corresponding to its own parameter and the corresponding number of bits, selected such that their total is equal to k. During reception of a specific group, subgroups with significantly fewer versions for each are restored step-by-step first, and the entire group of k bits is then restored based on these subgroups in a defined way.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using a frequency resource by increasing the number of bits transmitted in one cycle by M-ary signals, amount of the transmitted information, as well as secure transmission of information.
