FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to support vibration protection elements for lathe-size structures. Proposed shock absorber comprises cartridge 1 and hub 2 jointed together by elastic flexible element 3, rod 5 coupled with cartridge 1 and correction device arranged inside hub 6. Rod 5 is provided with guide element 7 arranged inside hub 2 and double-sided toothed rack 8. Correction device is arranged inside hub 2 and consists of two motors 9, 10. Gear wheel 12 engaged with first side of toothed rack 8 of rod 5 is fitted on shaft 11 of first motor 9. Gear wheel 14 engaged with second side of toothed rack 8 of rod 5 is fitted on shaft 13 of second motor 10. Motors 9, 10 are coupled with control unit 15.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of damping.
