FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: two mirrors are used as the analysed mirrors. The first analysed mirror on the beam path is illuminated with a parallel radiation beam. The focal points of the analysed mirrors are superposed. The parallel radiation beam reflected from the second analysed mirror is directed by a flat mirror onto the lens of a photodetector system. Radiation flux is measured. The parallel radiation beam is directed by a flat mirror onto the lens of a photodetector system and the reference radiation flux in the absence of the analysed mirrors is measured. The parallel radiation beam is converted to a converging beam. The focal point of the lens is superposed with the focal point of the first analysed mirror. The parallel radiation beam reflected from the first analysed mirror is directed by a flat mirror onto the lens of the photodetector system and the corresponding radiation flux is measured. The first analysed mirror is replaced by the second mirror and the corresponding radiation flux is measured similarly.
EFFECT: invention increases measurement accuracy.
