FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: two connected fistula tubes are inserted. It is combined with excising a piece of a proximal jejunum together with feeding vessels and nerves of a mesentery portion on the both ends of an isolated piece of the proximal jejunum. Then the ends of the fluoroplastic fistula tubes are inserted. The ends of the fistula tubes are supplied with a collar on the end inserted in the jejunum piece from an outer side of a tube cone. One edge of the collar is inclined at right angles to the cone, and the other is rounded. Then a jejunum continuity is repaired end-to-end. Synthetic mesh layers are attached around the fistula tube cones by a silicone ring. It is sutured outside to the ends of the piece of the proximal jejunum; the other ends of the fistula tubes are delivered from an abdominal cavity and fixed outside of an animal's body. Capron is used as said synthetic mesh.
EFFECT: method allows more precise examination of membrane digestion and jejunum absorption in pigs, prolonged chronic experiment.
