FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and can be used for determining level of general non-specific reactivity of organism (LGNRO) of white rats. For this purpose background measurement of auricular temperature in animal (T0) is carried out after 1 hour of its staying in a cage on the floor surface with temperature +20°C. After that the animal is placed for 3 minutes into a cage with the floor surface temperature 0°C. After that the animal is returned for 3 minutes into the case with the floor temperature 20°C. Then auricular temperature (T1) is measured. Difference of temperatures (DT) between T1 and T0 is measured. LGNRO is determined as extremely high if DT is <-0.2, high, if DT is >+1.5, medium, if +1.1≤DT≤+1.5 or low, if +0.3≤DT≤+1.0.
EFFECT: method will make it possible to simplify methodology of estimating general non-specific reactivity of white rat organism preserving self-descriptiveness and objectivity.
