FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cap allows sucking in of drink from container and prevents leaks when closed. It comprises distributing valve. Said distributing valve is built in cap and comprises inlet communicated with container inside, outlet communicated with spout, and distributing opening communicated with ambient atmosphere via cap opening. Note that valve comprises seat and shut-off element to control flow between inlet and outlet. Shut-off element is forced into tight contact with seat and moves to open position subject to excess pressure in control opening with respect to pressure in outlet. Note that shut-off element displacement to open said valve occurs in direction opposite that of drink flow via valve. Besides, distributing valve comprises two elements arranged on cap inner surface. First rigid element comprises valve inlet and seat, while second element comprises shut-off element and elastic pressure-sensitive membrane connected with the former. Note that second element stays in tight contact with first element and embraces cap opening to allow second element to embrace and seal first element outer rim.

EFFECT: tight cap, improved design, elimination of leaks.
