SUBSTANCE: base of a device for collection and accumulation of a low-frequency magnetic field energy and mechanical oscillations is a layer structure, which is made of attached magnetostriction and piezoelectric layers. This structure is equipped with a thin-film rectifier, which consists of a rectifying diode and a capacitor. The diode is made of p-n-p semiconductor layers. A capacitor made of two metal and one dielectric layer, which are arranged directly on a structure in a single process cycle together with a substrate.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of energy collection due to transformation of oscillations energy with a value of resonant frequency in the infrasound area and to produce constant voltage at the outlet without use of additional rectification modules.
