FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: ligfol preparation is injected intramuscularly to 12-15 month old heifers with serological confirmation of leucosis without clinical signs in two serial 3-month courses. During the first course ligfol is injected once a month in doses of 10.0 ml/head. During the second course ligfol is injected once a month in doses of 15.0 ml/head.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure unavailability of transition of asymptomatic stage of leucosis processes into haematological stage, to reduce endogenous intoxication and to increase percentage of segmented neutrophils.
