FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of floatation pulp with lime at primary grinding and its further floatation in lime environment with stage-by-stage extraction of copper minerals to foam products by using measured amount of selective collecting agents referring to class of sulfhydryl compounds. Stage-by-stage extraction of copper minerals to foam products at pulp floatation is performed by supplying lime till pulp pH equal to 10-12 is reached with further introduction to pulp of measured amount of sulfoxy compounds having reducing properties, and zinc sulphate. Mixture of dithiophosphates and thionocarbamates is used as selective sulfhydryl collecting agent, thus foam products rich in copper content are obtained. At that, next pulp floatation after each extraction of rich foam product is performed at pulp pH equal to 11.8-12.3, which is created by lime dosing to aftergrinding or agitation, and by using strong sulfhydryl collectors allowing to minimise copper and zinc content in final rejects.

EFFECT: higher quantitative and qualitative properties of the process for obtaining rich copper concentrate at processing of copper-zinc pyrite-containing ores.
