SUBSTANCE: thermal power plant, comprising a steam boiler connected with a live steam pipeline to a turbine, a condenser of which is linked with a turbine main condensate pipeline with a feed water deaerator, low pressure heaters included into a pipeline of the main condensate and connected to regenerative steam bleeds, lower and upper network heaters included in a network water pipeline and connected to the lower and upper heating bleeds of the turbine steam, a vacuum deaerator of heating system make-up water connected to a pipeline of network water with an accumulating tank, the main condensate pipeline between the second and third low pressure heaters along the condensate flow there is a surface cooler included by a cooling medium into a pipeline of initial water upstream the vacuum deaerator of the heating system make-up water.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability and efficiency of a thermal power plant.
