SUBSTANCE: tubular evaporator (3) is connected in refrigerating device through suction tube (6) to compressor (4). Tube with cooling agent of tubular evaporator forms many in-series connected tube hinges (9) and one uprising outlet tube (13) attaching tube hinge (9) lying farther downstream to suction tube (6). Tube hinges (9), at least on one length corresponding to length of outlet tube (13), have the shape uprising in cooling agent flow direction.

EFFECT: preventing the overflow hazard of outlet tube.
