FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: optical flow comes from coherent radiation source to Y-splitter. From first splitter, said flow comes to data input of electro optical deflector while that from second output it comes onto first convex lens. Electro optical deflector is located at first convex lens focal point. At first convex lens outlet two optical fluxes are formed to generate the image of Fourier bivariate transform of received fluxes at outlet of second convex lens. Pulse generator, time counter, linear photo receivers and counters of spatial frequency are used to count intensity of Fourier image interference pattern peaks. Spatial coordinates are determined using said intensities.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of calculation, simplified device.
