FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: soldering head is a shaft that rotates in a vertical plane with two soldering needles arranged on diametrically opposite sides. Rotation of the shaft and position of soldering needles are synchronised by drives with displacement of a soldering head above the printed circuit board and its lowering into a soldering zone. Arrangement of a soldering iron in the form of a rod with two identical needles at the ends and its installation on a rotary shaft enables the following.
EFFECT: combination of a soldering operation with one needle, supplying a solder to another needle along with the direction of the soldering iron axis, makes it possible to get high efficiency of head operation, to do soldering with supply of a wire solder, no additional free space is required on a printed circuit board to ensure solder supply to a needle, which makes it possible to do soldering in tight space and in grooves of printed circuit boards with a plate-heat drain.
