SUBSTANCE: invention is related to bakery industry. The bakery product production involves preparation of a piece of light kind dough containing prime grade wheat flour, pressed bakery yeast, pumpkin seed oil, sugar, salt, vanillin and a piece of dark kind dough containing a mixture of prime grade wheat flour and flavoured chicory flour produced according to specified technology, pressed bakery yeast, pumpkin seed oil, sugar, salt and water. After alternate placement of the pieces, their twisting and final proofing one bakes the product.
EFFECT: product has improved consistence and coffee taste tones and flavour with no coffee added to the formula.
