FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhynolaryngology. Essence of method lies in formation of external acoustic meatus by transmastoidal approach. Ossiculotympanoplasty is performed by mobilisation of ossicular apparatus of middle ear due to extension of tympanic cavity with formation of not less than 1 mm clearance between walls of tympanic cavity and auditory bones. Neotympanic membrane is formed from temporal muscle fascia, skin flaps are fixed to bone edges of trepanation cavity. In early post-operation period 4% gel Na-CMC is used.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to achieve stable results of surgery - complete atresia of external acoustic meatus.
