FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for forming heat shielding coating on turbine blade of heat resistant nickel alloy consists in preparation of surface of blade body, in ion-implantation treatment of blade surface, in forming first heat shielding layer, in application of second heat shielding layer and in application of external heat shielding layer ZrO2-Y2O3. Ion-implantation treatment is carried out with ions chosen of one of the following elements: Nb, Pt, Yb, Y, La, Hf, Cr, Si or their combination at energy of ions from 0.2 keV to 30 keV and dose of ion implantation from 1010 to 5·1020 ion/cm2. The first heat shielding layer is made of alloy, wt %: Si - from 4.0 to 12.0, Y - from 1.0 to 2.0, Al - the rest with thickness from 10 to 70 mcm by successive diffusion annealing in vacuum. The second heat shielding layer is made of alloy, wt %: Cr from 18 to 30, Al from 5 to 13, Y from 0.2 to 0.65, Ni - the rest with thickness from 8 to 60 mcm. It is subjected to annealing in vacuum. Further there is applied an additional sub-layer of alloy, wt %: Cr from 18 to 30, Al from 5 to 13, Y from 0.2 to 0.65 %, Ni - the rest with thickness from 5 to 20 mcm by gas-thermal procedure. Heat shielding layer is applied of alloy, wt %: Y2O3 from 5 to 9, ZrO2 - the rest with thickness from 50 to 300 mcm by gas-thermal method. Further, a blade is subjected to annealing.
EFFECT: raised heat resistance of sub-layer at simultaneous increased durability and cyclic hardness of parts.
