FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of gas heating device consists in manufacture of instrumentation unit, water boiler and heater with combustion zone. Device includes multi-level water tanks connected to rows of tube sections. The above tanks are formed with sections made with transverse and longitudinal partitions. Tube sections are located at various inclination angles and across the flow of combustion products of fuel gas; area of development of heat exchange surface is smoothly enlarged due to fluid flow. Opening is covered with flange; gas supply branch pipes are crossed with heat radiation protection zone, with screen and/or heat resistant insulation, exhaust hole and air intake with shaped channels which provide influx of dosed air volume; heating temperature of water to be consumed is limited with instruments installed in upper part of gas heating device. After control heating temperature of burning gas flow is reached, the flow is decreased to heat flow of gas igniter and/or combustion process is completely excluded.

EFFECT: simpler water heating system.
