FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Prosthesis contains shoulder strap, working unit, made in form of tree-link hinge-lever chain with three sensors of angles, sensors of independent control and systems of independent control of working mechanism of artificial hand rotation and working mechanism of artificial hand, three systems of control of coherent motion of working mechanisms of flexion-extension of shoulder, forearm and artificial hand, each of which contains adder, two functional converters, power amplifier and drive, specifying unit, made in form of flat three-link kinematic analogue of executive chain, containing three sensors of control of coherent motion. Prosthesis is provide with rigid fastener of executive unit and fixed on it unit of shoulder link position correction, which contains successively connected accelerometer, unit of double integration and determiner of correction angle. Determiner of correction angle is connected with adder of system of control of coherent motion of shoulder flexion, rigid fastener of executive unit being fixed on disabled person's body and being made with possibility of free travel of girdle with shoulder strap.
EFFECT: application of device makes it possible to increase accuracy of movements and reduce time of their execution due to compensation of movements which appear under external impact on disabled person's body.
