FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure shaping, particularly, to fixing tubes in tube plates of heat exchangers. Shaped ends consisting of beaded strip with external swell made up of trapezoidal section shell and internal swell. End is arranged at a distance from tube face to form face tolerance. End is fitted into tube bore with inner and outer annular rectangular section grooves and annular recess. Shell is arranged opposite outer annular groove. Shaped en is fitted in tube bore by straining its inner surface. Note here that inner and outer face seals are produced. Inner seal is produced by rolling swollen strip on tube bore inner collar with tube material extruded into annular recess. Outer seal is formed by means of face allowance.
EFFECT: ruling out penetration of working medium onto contact surfaces.
