SUBSTANCE: invention relates to freight aircraft air distribution system. Freight aircraft has air distribution system jointed with freight compartment deck. Air distribution system comprises bled air source (12, 14, 16, 18), one air-conditioner (28, 38), unit receiving conditioned air (32) therefrom, one shut-off valve (58, 60, 62, 64) arranged between mixer (32) and freight deck to shut off/open air feed into freight compartment. Control unit (92) adjusts air distribution via one air conditioner (28, 38) so that pressure in mixer 32 is kept constant, that is it features preset magnitude.
EFFECT: optimum air distribution.
