FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology, and can be used in performing general anesthesia in patients with oncoabdominal pathology. For this purpose in patient on operating table individual initial value of cardiac index is determined with further fixation of changes of cardiac index values after initial anesthesia and trachea intubation. Reduction of cardiac index more than by 28% from initial one is prognostic criterion of unstable dynamics in course of anesthesia. If value of cardiac index reduces by less than 28% from initial one stable hemodynamics in narcotisation is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides possibility of stable general anesthetisation due to preliminary estimation of hemodynamics.
