SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics, surgery, and can be used for treatment of chronic bursites of various localisation. For this purpose cryodestruction of bursa synovial membrane with cryoapplicator is performed under control of arthroscope without opening of bursa cavity.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase treatment efficiency due to method low invasiveness and simplicity, reduce treatment terms and achieve good cosmetic result, namely absence of post-operation scar.
