SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to flap roof lock, flap roof and vehicle with said roof. Proposed lock comprises at least one roof front and rear elements. Note here that rear element comprises central element and two lateral elements. Lock comprises also pin pocket connected with roof lateral element and locking pin. Locking system comprises front lock made up of front bracket, locking element, rear locking element with rear bracket, pin pocket connected with rear roof element and locking pin. Front and rear locks share common drive. Flap roof comprises roof front and rear elements and is provided with locking device or system. Vehicle is provided with above described flap roof.
EFFECT: simple and compact design.
