FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: on at least one of surfaces of steel sheet containing less, than 6.5 % of Al there is applied second metal layer containing one or more elements of Fe, Co, Cu, Cr, Ga, Hf, Hg, In, Mn, Mo, Nb, Ni, Pb, Pd, Pt, Sb, Si, Sn, Ta, Ti, V, W, Zn and Zr. Steel sheet with the applied second layer is cold rolled. Further, the second layer is removed; after heat treatment steel sheet has share of plane intensity {222} of one of phases αFe and γFe relative to surface of steel sheet equal from 60 to 99% and/or share of intensity of plane {200} of one or both phases αFe and γFe relative to surface of steel sheet equal from 0.01 to 15 %.

EFFECT: high capability of steel sheet to deep drawing, punching and perforation.
