FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: device to model mass service systems, comprising a generator of a random impulse flow, pulse counters, prohibition elements, AND elements, triggers, OR elements, a reversible counter, a unit to generate a mass service system functioning program, units to model the first and second working modes of mass service systems. Each of the units used to model the first and second working modes of mass service systems comprises a clock pulse generator, an OR element, a pulse counter, an AND element, and a group of units to model performance of works (handling of applications), every of which comprises a trigger, AND elements, OR elements, a counter of running time, faults, recovery time, the first random pulse generator, the first pulse shaper, delay elements, a unit of random pulses generators, which models occurrence of mass service systems faults in process of works performance, the second random pulses generator, which models a random moment of mass service systems serviceability recovery in process of works performance.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities as a result of applications handling modelling in three-mode mass service systems with different functioning programs with account of faults and recoveries of its elements.
