SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components, extraction of lemon balm with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the according miscella, cutting and drying of rustic tobacco and liquorice root in the microwave field at the specified parameters of the process, their mixing, impregnation with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise, pressure reduction down to atmospheric value with simultaneous mixture freezing, sublimation and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous mixture swelling, addition of pear juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water and forming the produced mixture to get the target product.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco, with improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life of the product, with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
