FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibro-mixer consists of working case resting on frame via dampers, of vibro-exciters, of branches for input and output of mixed components and of internal working tool. The working case is complex. Its upper part is made in form of a semi-torus, while a lower one - in form of a truncated star-shaped cone with its bigger base up. The working tool corresponds to six prism-like poles creating circumference and interconnected with two rows of chains, one of which passes along external vertices, while another one along internal vertices of prism-like poles. An additional working head is secured in centre of the semi-torus. It is similar to a lower one, but has less diametre of circumference of poles arrangement.

EFFECT: reduced duration of mixing cycle due to raised intensity of mixing and improved quality of mixture.
