SUBSTANCE: stream is accessed; the location of the header of each message in the stream is determined; the styling of each message in the stream is modified at least partly based on the location of the header of each message; a visual image of the stream is formed; and a navigation control element is displayed on the screen for navigation between all messages in the stream within at least one of the message headers in the visually displayed stream.

EFFECT: stream navigation with message identification from headers.
