FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of formula components, extraction of garden balm with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the appropriate miscella. Low-grade tobacco and dandelion root are cut and dried in the microwave field at the specified parameters of the process, mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mix. Carbon dioxide is sublimated and removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Quince juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water are added to it. The produced mixture is shaped to make the finished material.
EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties, extended shelf life of a product with reduced losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in raw feedstock.
