Impregnation with the separated miscella is carried out with simultaneous pressure rise, pressure is released down to atmospheric value with simultaneous mixture freezing, carbon dioxide is sublimated and removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Peach juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water are added, and the produced mixture is shaped to make the finished material.
