SUBSTANCE: switching prosthesis sleeve with a base whereon there is a pivoted at least one finger prosthesis, comprises a driving element, a driven element and a switch unit provided depending on a torque attached to the driven element and switching two transmission steps. The switch unit (50, 60, 70) reciprocates between the transmission steps with various transmission ratio irrespective of a rotational direction of the driven element (2). The switch unit (50, 60, 70) contacts with clamping bodies (21, 22) comprising clamp rolls coupling with the driving element (2) with the adjustable torque with a driven element (80).

EFFECT: creation of the transmission element which is integrated in a completely functional prosthesis or a prosthetic grip lower in cost and easier.
