FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of first and second facilities of printing on cloth/cloth feed used for transfer and printing correspondingly on first and second cloths of first and second rolls consisting of first and second printers and first and second sets of pressure rollers. Also, the second printer is installed at specified distance from the first printer. Further, the device consists of the first and second guiding strap-accumulators positioned after the first and second printers. The second guiding strap-accumulator is set at specified distance from the first guiding strap accumulator. The device consists of set of metering pressure rollers located after the first and second guiding straps-accumulators and of area for cloth accumulation. The area for cloth accumulation is formed with space between the first and second guiding straps-accumulators and the set of metering pressure rollers. The device consists of a sensor of cloth position for detection of an end of the first cloth or end of the second cloth, of the first and second sensors of packing for detection of teeth of a package, a packing or a tongue of correspondingly the first or second cloth, of a dosing guiding strap positioned after the sensor of cloth position and of mechanism for packages transportation for transfer of a head package to a package loader. According to the procedure there is chosen and transferred the first cloth having a free end from teeth packages forming the first roll, and the head package is moved between the first set of pressure rollers containing a movable pressure roller and a driven thrust roller. Characters are printed on the first cloth which is transferred between the first and second guiding straps-accumulators. Further, printed cloth is drawn between the set of metering pressure rollers set after the first and second guiding straps-accumulators. There is determined position of the cloth by means of the cloth position sensor located after the set of metering pressure rollers near it and the movable pressure roller is transferred in the direction of the driven thrust roller. The first cloth is caught between the movable pressure roller and driven thrust roller; a free end of the first cloth is stopped below the set of metering pressure rollers. The first cloth is moved from the packages at a specified distance and a moved cloth is accumulated between the first and second straps-accumulators till the first sensor of packing before the first set of the pressure rollers detects a packing, teeth or a tongue on the first cloth and till the first cloth is transferred at distance facilitating positioning packages teeth directly in front of the head package after the first set of the pressure rollers, but before the set of the metering pressure rollers.
