FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: divider-dust concentrator includes cylindrical housing, discharge pipe coaxially installed in its outlet section, swirler with inclined blades, which is arranged at the housing inlet, and discharge nozzles of concentrated flow, which are connected to the housing surface installed at an angle to longitudinal axis of housing and differing by ±10° of blade inclination angle of swirler; at that, in a circumferential direction of swirler there made is annular gap the value of which is equal to where: Dc - diameter of cylindrical housing of divider-dust concentrator; Ddis - discharge pipe diameter; at that, inlet sections of discharge nozzles of concentrated flow, which are located in the area between housing and discharge pipe, are offset relative to each other.
EFFECT: increasing economy by reducing hydraulic resistance, and reducing losses with unburned carbon of fuel and decreasing slag formation of heating surfaces of furnace chamber.
