FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: initial light field is divided into N sections. Sum of amplitude-phase distributions from every section of initial field IΣ is registered. Sequential conversion of initial field if performed by superimposing headers on section of initial light field with sizes ΔS=ΔX·ΔY and coordinates of centers of said sections Xn, Yn, where n=1…N. Intensities of said sums are registered for every field sections after each jth conversion and header is used for phase conversion of initial field N times by trial sequential variation of current phase of initial light field by magnitude of phase substituend n on each section to define ℮∈ 1,2…, N, at which Light field phase increment is determined at center of inlet aperture each section by reiteration Note here that current magnitude of phases is defined as where L is period of averaging.
EFFECT: improved power characteristics at intensity metre inlet.
