FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydrodynamic vibration test bench comprises platform 1 with tested object 2 secured on rod 3 with piston 4 arranged tight case 5 coupled with crank drive con rod 6, flywheel 7 and device to vary radius of crank 8. LH- and RH-pitch screws 9 and 10 are arranged radially in flywheel 7 to revolve in synchronism. Nuts 11 and 12 are fitted on said screws 9 and 10 to translate in one direction. Driven wheels 13, 14 of toothed differential gear are rigidly coupled with said screws 9, 10. Differential gear driven wheels 15 and 16 are fitted on shafts 17, 18 arranged on opposite sides of flywheel to be braked by brakes 19 and 20. Test bench drive comprises motor 21 and universal rpm controller 22 to adjust platform vibration frequency and to reverse flywheel via gearing 23. Flywheel 7 runs in bearings 24. Tight housing 5 communicates via valve device 25 with high-pressure source 26 and control unit 27. Said valve device is made up of solenoid 28 with rotor 29 and two-stage hydraulic amplifier with nozzles 30, 31 and slide valve 32. Platform 1 is provided with supports 33 to prevent lateral displacement.
EFFECT: simplified design.
