SUBSTANCE: method involves outputting a frame containing a service stream; correcting errors for the service stream in order to output data with corrected errors; generating network information for a service stream delivery system, and information describing the service stream, converting data with corrected errors into symbols and creating a signal frame containing symbols, a signal frame having a plurality of regions of time intervals on each of a plurality of frequencies; modulating the signal frame using an orthogonal frequency-division multiplex scheme and inserting a protective interval into the modulated signal frame; and transmitting the modulated signal frame through an analogue signal in which symbols of the service stream are time- and frequency-shifted. The invention also relates to the corresponding signal reception method and the corresponding receiver and transmitter.
