SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pharmaceutical industry, and concerns a drug in the form of a gel for treating mycoses of various localisations: inguinal dermatophytosis, mucocutaneous candidiasis, foot dermatophytosis, balanoposthitis, trophic ulcers, and other diseases complicated by mycotic or microbial flora. The agent contains an active substance, auxiliary substances and a base where as the active substance, it contains a mixture of alpha-, or beta-, or gamma recombinant interferon in amount 100-5000000 IU/g, terbinafine hydrochloride and metronidazole in proportions 1:1-5. The agent also can contain the others antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and bactericidal substances.

EFFECT: invention provides diseased tissue repair without colloidal cicatrisation and promotes reduced length of treatment.
