FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology of making non-smoking nicotine-containing products, such as water naswar. Formula components are prepared using a traditional technology. Lemon balm is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the appropriate miscella. Rustic tobacco and oyster plant are cut and dried in the microwave field at specified parameters of the process, mixed and impregnated with the separated miscella. Impregnation is carried out with simultaneous increase of pressure in a tight chamber. On completion of impregnation the pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value, which ensures evaporation of carbon dioxide part and freezing of the components mixture. Then sublimation is carried out, and carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Mango juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water are added to it. The produced mixture is shaped. The non-smoking product has improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life.
EFFECT: reduced losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
