FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: irrigation system consists of motorised vehicles with hydraulic device, irrigation devices, fixed pole with fixed pipe and turning knee, the control valve. Machine pipeline is connected to knee. Machine pipeline is equipped with irrigation apparatus and is placed on mobile carts with hydraulic drive. Last truck with hydraulic drive is equipped with crane setup device setting machine speed. Crane setup device is designed as a hydraulically driven valve. Hydraulically driven valve drain hole in the top cavity and is connected to hydraulic pressure pipe through another hydraulically driven valve. The hydraulic drive connected to protection system controls hydraulically driven valve. Control valve is mounted on the rotating knee and provided with a rod. Rod interacts with the guide groove of software unit. The software unit is fixed on the tube in the form of a disk. In the body of disk guide groove is placed, which reflects the reverse profile of the field on the front of machine movement. Irrigation machines are equipped with controls of flow characteristics. Controls of flow characteristics are made in the form of hydraulically driven valves. Hydraulic drives of hydraulically driven valves are separated with a membrane to form upper and lower chamber. The upper chambers of hydraulic drive are connected to the control tube of protection system. The lower chambers of hydraulic drive are connected to machine pipeline of the irrigation devices. The lower chamber of hydraulic drive adjusting spring is placed. Regulating spring interacts with the adjuster and the membrane of hydraulically driven valve through a per heel block.
