SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product like water naswar. The method provides for preparation of formula components. Citrus peel is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate corresponding miscella; one performs cutting and drying rustic tobacco and girasol-sunflower in microwave field at preset process parameters, their blending, impregnation with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of peach juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium or magnesium citrate and water in regulated quantities and moulding the produced mixture to produce the end product.
EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life of the product combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
