FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of non-smoking products of rustic tobacco. The method involves preparing recipe ingredients, extracting cinnamon with liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation, cutting rustic tobacco and girasol, drying them in a microwave field at preset process parameters. Then the ingredients are mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with the simultaneous pressure boost and following reduction of pressure down to the atmospheric one along with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium or magnesium citrate and water and moulding the produced mixture to produce the end product.
EFFECT: produced a new non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
