FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery. Artificial eye lens (AEL) contains optic part and support part. Anterior surface of optic part is made in form of segment of convex hyperbolic surface, and posterior surface of optic part is made in form of segment of concave paraboloid, facing with concavity anterior surface of optic part.
EFFECT: application of claimed AEL will make it possible to eliminate longitudinal spherical aberrations of optic system "cornea-AEL", will expand visual field.
