SUBSTANCE: electrical razor, in which a unit 4 of a blade frame is connected to the upper part of a unit 3 of a body and comprises an external blade 5, a frame 13 of an external blade, designed to fix an external blade 5 to it, a retaining frame 14, designed to hold a frame 13 of an external blade, moving along the vertical line, and an external peripheral frame 12, connected to a retaining frame 14, besides, the upper part of the unit 3 of the body includes an internal blade 1. The retaining frame 14 is connected with the possibility of disconnection to the external peripheral frame 12 at its lower side, the external peripheral frame 12 fully covers the external periphery of the retaining frame 14, which is attached to the external peripheral frame 12 at its lower side, at the same time the external peripheral frame is attached to the body of the unit with the retaining frame placed between them.

EFFECT: improved ability of the external blade to follow relief of skin during shaving and provision of high quality, as well as savings on replacement of an external blade.
