FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: drilling bit bearing structure includes journal with lubrication supply channels, which is an integral part of leg, and rolling cutter fixed on journal by means of sliding bearings in the form of floating bush and retaining roller bearing. Peculiar feature of the proposed bearing structure is that the journal for sliding bearing has longitudinal slots for tension pulleys, which are installed between rolling cutter and bush. At that, slots are located below longitudinal central plane of journal and connected to axial channel of journal by means of radial lubrication supply channels. Floating bush is made from elastic material, and contact surfaces of bush with rolling cutter and journal are coated with the material providing friction coefficient between rolling cutter and bush, which is higher than friction coefficient between bush and journal.
EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of bearing structure and bit as a whole by improving serviceability of sliding bearing.
